FAQ

  • You’ll need to complete our Rental Enrollment Form before your first rental so we can verify your company and set up your account. Once approved, you can log in and start placing orders.

  • We offer 3 Day, 7 Day, and 10 Day rentals to fit project timelines, with the option to extend if available.

  • Log in to the portal, choose your equipment, select your rental duration, and pick your start and return dates. Real-time availability is shown in the calendar.

  • We deliver to your business or jobsite on your rental start date in the morning. An Authorized Representative must be on-site to receive the order, verify contents, and confirm delivery. On your return date, we pick up in the afternoon, with an option to request an extended evening pick-up for an additional fee.

    Delivery Window: 8:00AM - 11:00AM
    Pick-Up Windows: 3:00PM - 5:00PM
    Extend Pick-Up Window: 7:00PM - 9:00PM

  • You don’t personally need to be there, but an Authorized Representative must be present at delivery. You can add Authorized Representatives to your account at any time—we just need a photo of their ID on file before the scheduled delivery window.

  • Yes. All equipment is tested before every rental reservation to ensure it’s job-ready.

  • Most orders arrive in locked containers. The lock code will be emailed prior to delivery or shared with your Authorized Representative.

  • Yes. If the equipment is available, you can extend your rental by requesting additional days or an extended pick-up window.
