How It
Works

Rental Registration

To rent equipment, you must first be registered and approved. Begin by completing the Rental Enrollment Form, where we collect your contact information, business details, and supporting documentation for verification.

Once approved, you’ll receive secure login access to your account, where you can browse equipment, schedule rental dates, and place rental orders whenever you're ready to get started with your next project.

Rental Orders

Once registered and approved, log in to place rental orders by selecting your rental duration and choosing your start and return dates. Pricing and equipment availability are displayed in real time, so you can book with confidence.

Delivery & Pick-Up

All rentals include delivery and pick-up, with morning delivery and afternoon return windows. An Authorized Representative must be on-site to receive, verify, and confirm the order.

Most orders arrive in locked containers, with the lock code sent before delivery. Keep equipment secure and re-secure the container for pick-up. You may request an extended pick-up or additional rental days if needed.

-Delivery Window: 8 AM – 11 AM
-Pick-Up Window: 3 PM – 5 PM
-Extended Pick-Up: 7 PM – 9 PM
